2017 New Years Resolution

So every year, I’ve set a trend in my posts to have this ‘New Years Resolution’. Does it work out? Nope. Well, not completely. Some parts of the list, I have managed to achieve! Some others have lasted longer than I expected. Nonetheless, even though I don’t reach the target for most, it is still an encouragement I get any done at all! So through the Spirit of Jesus, I will lean on to get me through the next year 🙂

Relationship with God:

  • Time with God in His word
    • McCheyne bible in a year plan
  • Prayer life
    • Daily, weekly plan
  • Attitudes and Temptations
    • Trusting Jesus in balancing work and friends
    • Peace, hospitality, no complacency in relationships
    • Keep it clear and simple
    • Boundaries
  • Immediate evangelism
    • Flatmates

Relationship with the Church (brothers and sisters in Christ):

  • Settle in a church
  • Encourage Tiff to come with me to church
  • Find a mentor in the church
  • Find fellowship group in new church
  • Strengthen in fellowship group at CU
  • Keep in contact with trusted sisters in Christ

Creative goals:

  • Draw better by drawing daily: characters
  • Read books and watch films to feed creativity and blog about them

Health goals:

  • Run more than once a week
  • Aim to buy only local sourced foods
  • 1 week pescatarian, 1 week meat allowed, 2 weeks vegan (at home)
  • Allowed one healthy sweet treat and richer dessert on alternate days
