Chickpea mash

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas
  • Salt *
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
  • Garlic (chopped version or granules will do) *
  • Parsley *
  • Lemon *
  • Honey*

*According to amount of chickpeas. Add depending on how you like the flavour to be. I put too much salt at one point and so had to add a bit of honey as a counter.

Method:

  1. Boil chickpeas till soft
  2. Put salt, oil, garlic, parsley, lemon, honey into bowl
  3. Drain chickpeas and put into bowl of above ingredients
  4. Mash with fork

Done!

Eaten as a dip.
