- Salt *
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
- Garlic (chopped version or granules will do) *
- Parsley *
- Lemon *
*According to amount of chickpeas. Add depending on how you like the flavour to be. I put too much salt at one point and so had to add a bit of honey as a counter.
- Boil chickpeas till soft
- Put salt, oil, garlic, parsley, lemon, honey into bowl
- Drain chickpeas and put into bowl of above ingredients
- Mash with fork
Eaten as a dip.
