- Vegetable stock
- Salt, Virgin Oil
- Boil a pot of water
- Cut celery, carrots roughly into easy-to-bite sizes
- Wash salmon then rub in virgin oil and salt (can add some seasoning)
- Cook celery and carrots first for about 10 minutes (medium high heat)
- Add salmon (put low heat) cook for 10 minutes.
